Before your parcel arrives, you will receive an email or SMS with everything you need to know about the shipment.

Free delivery to Slovenia and Croatia. Free delivery across the rest of the EU on all orders over €50.

Production

Every order is engraved and leaves our workshop the next working day.

Delivery times

Delivery takes 3 to 10 working days depending on the country and the courier.

Most parcels arrive on time, though occasional short delays can happen on the courier's side, which is sadly outside our control.

Personalised jewellery is made especially for you, and by law such items cannot be returned. But we are so confident you will love your pendant that we give you 14 days to return it anyway.

If the piece simply is not for you, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. The only condition is that it comes back whole, unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and attach photos of the piece. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of payment. After that your pendant goes into engraving and can no longer be cancelled.

Warranty

We give a 1 year warranty on every piece. It covers the engraving, which should not wear off or fade, the steel, which should not rust or darken, and the chain and clasp, which should not break in normal wear. It does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal signs of use such as scratches and scuffs.

If something goes wrong through our fault within the year, write to us and attach photos. We will replace the piece free of charge.

Refund times

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of your request being approved.

Your pendant is made of stainless steel with a gold tone applied by PVD. This finish handles water and sweat without trouble, so you can keep it on in the shower, at the beach and at the gym.

Two habits are all it takes.

Do not spray perfume, hairspray or other strong products directly onto the pendant, and never clean it with abrasives or metal cleaning liquids.

Store it on its own, in a pouch or a box rather than in a pile with other jewellery, so it stays free of scratches.
