What can I engrave?
Different pendants offer different engraving options, so you can find the one that fits you. A name, a date, initials, coordinates, a short phrase, a symbol from our library of over 200,000, or an image from our curated collections. Choose what is close to you and we will bring it to life.
Can I engrave both sides?
Yes, you can engrave both sides.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. In the configurator you see your pendant exactly as it will be made. You can move your text and images and change their size, and on mobile you can view the pendant at its true real life size.
What are the pendants made of?
Stainless steel, in a steel finish or a yellow gold PVD finish. Skin friendly, made to wear every day.
Will it fade or mark my skin?
No. Steel and PVD do not rust, do not turn green and do not stain your skin. Water and sweat are fine, so you can keep it on in the shower, at the beach and at the gym.
How long does it take?
We engrave your pendant and ship it the next working day. Delivery then takes 3 to 10 working days depending on the country and the courier.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Delivery to Slovenia and Croatia is free, and free across the rest of the EU on orders over €50. The exact cost is shown at checkout.
Does it arrive ready to give?
Yes. Every order comes in a gift box, ready to hand over the moment it arrives.
What if something goes wrong?
Every piece carries a 1 year warranty on the engraving, the steel, and the chain and clasp in normal wear. Send us a photo and we replace it free of charge.
What is your return policy?
Personalised jewellery is made especially for you, and by law such items cannot be returned. But we are so confident you will love your pendant that we give you 14 days to return it anyway, as long as it comes back unworn and in its original condition. If anything is faulty or our mistake, we cover everything. Full details here.
