SHIPPING

Every pendant is engraved to order. We engrave and pack your piece within 2 business days, then hand it to GLS for delivery. During peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday) engraving may take a day or two longer.

All orders ship from our studio in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Rates and delivery times

Slovenia: €3.90, delivery in 1-2 business days after dispatch.
European Union: €9.90, delivery in 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the world: €24.90, delivery in 5-15 business days after dispatch.

Free shipping on all orders over €50.

The exact cost for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a GLS tracking number and a link to follow your parcel to your door. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or write to support@smthpersonal.com.

If your parcel is damaged or lost

Inspect the packaging on delivery. If the box is visibly damaged, you can refuse the parcel and it will come back to us; we will send a replacement as soon as we receive it. If you accept a damaged parcel, ask the courier to record the damage, keep the packaging and send us a photo at support@smthpersonal.com within 48 hours so we can file the carrier claim and send a replacement.

If tracking shows no movement and your parcel seems lost, write to us. We will check with GLS, and if the parcel cannot be located within 13 days you will receive a replacement or a full refund.

Customs

There are no additional duties or taxes within the EU. For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs and are the recipient's responsibility.
