Your pendant is cut from 304 stainless steel, a jewellery-grade metal that does not rust or tarnish, and the engraving is lasered into the surface itself, so it will not fade or rub off. A few simple habits will keep the finish looking new for years.

Everyday wear

Stainless steel handles everyday life well: rain, hand washing and an accidental shower are fine. To keep the gold finish bright for as long as possible, take your pendant off before swimming pools, hot tubs and the sea. Chlorine and salt water are the two things plated jewellery dislikes most.

Perfume and cosmetics

Apply lotions, perfume and hairspray first, let them dry, then put on your pendant. Chemicals in cosmetics can dull the plating over time.

Storage

Store the pendant separately in its box or a soft pouch so the chain does not tangle and the surface does not pick up scratches from other jewellery.

Cleaning

Wipe with a soft dry cloth to remove fingerprints. For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap, rinse and dry immediately. Do not use polishing pastes, abrasive cloths or ultrasonic cleaners.
